- Full Document Preparation
- Full loan document package requests are completed and delivered securely to the client. All loan documents are compliant nationwide, and clients are not charge for redraws or loans that don’t close.
- Attorney Review of Loan Documents
- We provide attorney review of Texas loan documents in compliance with Texas Gov’t Code Section 83.001 which requires lenders have a licensed Texas attorney prepare and/or review legal documents affecting title to real property. We provide a Texas attorney review certificate and invoice to be paid by the borrower at closing. The review service is typically provided within two hours.
Regulatory Compliance and Legal Advice
Our attorneys have experience in the mortgage industry and provide our clients with counsel on related state and federal regulatory compliance. Our attorneys are regularly available for our clients to advise on compliance issues and provide support to close compliant loans.
